Participation in any programme is subject to the regulations, ordinances, and academic policies of Sri Venkateshwara University.
3. Eligibility for Admission
Admission to any Work Oriented Programme is subject to the following conditions:
- The applicant must satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria for the respective programme.
- All information furnished in the application form must be complete, accurate, and authentic.
- Admission granted shall remain provisional until verification of original documents.
- Submission of false, fabricated, or misleading information may result in immediate cancellation of admission without refund.
- The University reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
- Admission shall be subject to seat availability and the University's admission policy.
4. Document Verification
Applicants shall provide all required documents as prescribed by the University.
The University reserves the right to:
- Verify academic qualifications.

Failure to produce original documents whenever required may lead to cancellation of admission.
5. Fee Payment
- All programme fees shall be paid only through the official payment channels approved by Sri Venkateshwara University.

- Programme fees are governed by the University's Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Employer and Workplace Requirements
For programmes requiring employment, apprenticeship, internship, or workplace learning:
- Students shall remain responsible for maintaining their employment or workplace engagement throughout the programme, wherever applicable.
- The University does not guarantee employment or placement unless specifically stated.
- Employers participating in Work Oriented Programmes shall comply with applicable labour laws and programme guidelines.
- Workplace training shall be conducted only through approved employers or recognised industry partners.
7. Attendance and Academic Requirements
Students enrolled in Work Oriented Programmes shall:
- Maintain the minimum attendance prescribed by the University.
- Successfully complete academic coursework, assignments, projects, practical training, and assessments.
- Participate in workplace learning activities wherever applicable.
- Fulfil all credit requirements for the award of the qualification.
Failure to meet academic requirements may result in withholding of results or cancellation of enrolment.
8. Student Code of Conduct
Every student shall:
- Follow all University rules, regulations, ordinances, and academic policies.
- Maintain honesty and academic integrity.
- Refrain from plagiarism, cheating, impersonation, or any academic misconduct.
- Respect faculty members, industry mentors, employers, staff, and fellow students.

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or cancellation of admission.
9. Assessment and Certification
The award of certificates, diplomas, degrees, or other qualifications shall be subject to:

- Compliance with University regulations.
The University's decision regarding academic evaluation shall be final.
